Planning and Concepts The Singapore Fire Safety Engineering Guidelines Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) has developed a set of local fire engineering guidelines for reference by the Fire Safety Engineers (FSEs) to facilitate their work in performance-based (PB) fire safety engineering design.
